Carbon Positive Motorsport will support the inaugural Swift Signs & Shirts Yorkshire Dales Rally by offsetting the fuel-related emissions from the event’s official vehicles.

This weekend's Yorkshire Dales Rally will feature a loop of four stages run twice across classic Yorkshire Dales roads. Based in Leyburn on Sunday 29 March 2026, the rally will start in the heart of the town ourside Campell's, while service will be based at Tennant’s Auction House.
The event represents an exciting new addition to the motorsport calendar, and our partnership with Carbon Positive Motorsport adds practical sustainability. While the competitive action will rightly take centre stage, the smooth running of any event also depends on the vehicles used by officials and organisers throughout the day. By offsetting the official vehicles, Carbon Positive Motorsport is helping the rally reduce its environmental impact in a clear and credible way.
Carbon Positive Motorsport’s mission is to help events, competitors and spectators make a sustainable and promotable positive environmental impact. Motorsport depends on places, communities and landscapes that people care deeply about, so taking practical steps to address unavoidable emissions matters. Supporting official vehicles is one straightforward way to build sustainability into an event from the outset.

The Yorkshire Dales Rally will be held on Sunday 29 March in the stunning setting of the National Park.
With the rally headquartered in Leyburn and welcomed into one of the country’s most distinctive landscapes, combining strong organisation with responsible action helps set the right tone for the future.
Carbon Positive Motorsport are helping the rally to mitigate part of its climate impact through a stacked approach that combines certified removal units with matched pending issuance units. In practice, that means the event can offset the relevant emissions through certified afforestation credits that have already accrued, while also investing in UK nature-based projects through pending units that support longer-term climate and biodiversity benefits.
With solutions created specifically for motorsport, Carbon Positive Motorsport are helping the rally to make a credible carbon mitigation claim, while also backing future carbon sequestration and wider nature-positive outcomes.
